从来时路，到下一席相逢
宏润的第一家店，开在第比利斯动物园旁。那时没有太多讲究，只有一间热气腾腾的厨房，和一群想把家乡味道端上异国餐桌的人。
从一碗热汤、一盘炒饭开始，我们慢慢认识了常来的客人，也记住了他们对辣度、火候和家的想念。饭店不只是吃饭的地方，更是很多人下班后愿意坐一坐、说说话的地方。
十年里，灶火没有熄，手艺也没有变。我们仍然相信，菜可以有很多做法，但认真不能省：食材要新鲜，火候要到位，端上桌的时候要有温度。
凭着这一份坚持，宏润长期获得美团食客推荐，持续位居推荐中餐厅前列。口碑对我们不是一块挂在墙上的牌子，而是客人吃完以后，愿意再带朋友回来的一句话。
现在，门店将走向新的位置。这不是离开来时路，而是把十年积下来的味道、关系与心意，一起带到下一站。

Hongrun began beside Tbilisi Zoo: one busy kitchen and a simple wish to bring the comfort of Chinese cooking to a new city.
It started with hot soup and fried rice. Over time, we learned the names, preferences, and small homesicknesses of the guests who came back. A restaurant became a place to pause after work, share a conversation, and stay a little longer.
For ten years, the flame has stayed on and the craft has stayed honest. Fresh ingredients, careful heat, and food served warm are the details we refuse to rush.
This consistency has earned Hongrun lasting recommendations from diners on Meituan and a place among the leading recommended Chinese restaurants. To us, a good review matters most when it brings a guest back with a friend.
Now we are preparing for a new address. It is not a departure from where we began, but the next stop for the flavors, relationships, and care built over a decade.
